A Intelbras

We destinate resources by the Childhood and Adolescence Fund (FIA) for Pró-Brejaru Association, in the city of Palhoça.

Our donation helps to aid more than 180 children and adolescents in social risk status, through social-educational and cultural activities, and pedagogical follow-up.

Youth participate of capoeira, folkloric dance, handicraft, soccer, embroidery and bijou workshops. They also are aided in qualification to work programs, such as Manicure and Pedicure and Digital and Multimedia Inclusion.

We are part of Junior Achievement (JA) since foundation, in 1999, as maintainer/founding member.

The partnership already benefited students from several schools in Florianópolis and São José, where youth have aid of professionals from the company to learn in practice all aspects for creating and maintaining a business: planning, costs, marketing, production and life cycle. With guidance of executives, the participants design, develop and produce and sell their own product.

Beyond this action, other programs are developed, such as “Shadow Businessman”, with visits of students on Intelbras Facilities.

We are pleased to support Florianópolis Camerata more than 20 years, a chamber orchestra in activity since 1994.

Conducted by maestro Jeferson Della Rocca, since foundation, it is considered one of the most important cultural institutions of the State of Santa Catarina, with projects in different music styles.

It recorded twelve CDs and two DVDs, among them “A Arte do Improviso In Jazz” and ‘Rock’n Camerata - live, and also tracks for institutional videos and for the movie Ensaio, by Tânia Lamarca.

Intelbras’ Volunteering Well Wants You, was created on 2014 to gather who may help and who needs help. Every year, the program evolved and grown, volunteers and the desire for contributing with community, in general.

The group works with miscellaneous public, focusing on poor children and elders who live in homes for old people, giving time and equipment to improve their lives in any way.

Through selective collection and suitable destination of residues generated in company, Preserve Program contributes for environment preservation, pollution prevention and reduction of the environmental impacts of processes.

These initiatives resulted in environmental awards (Premium Max Hablitzel and Fritz Müller, for instance), engaging our collaborators to continue to exert their activities in an ecologically correct way.

Thinking in relation to differences, we created the inclusion Approximate Program, in order to turn our corporative ambient in a place of opportunities and respect to diversity, strengthening company values and philosophy.

We support Young Apprentice Program, a project by Federal Government designed from Apprenticeship Law. The labor contract may stay until two years, and, during this period, youth receive theoretical learning (class room) and practical within Intelbras.

It is very frequent that who is starting the career as young apprentice want to do the best to learn as much as possible. Taking part of the programs, youth between 14 and 24 years have the chance to live the day to day in company, and, at the same time, learn a profession.

We are very proud to support Social Upset in Florianópolis, the event is ran by the NGO Cidade com Carinho. It is an event with multiple free activities done to promote inclusion of people with disabilities using the aid of sport and culture.

The event also has the Employment Fair, and schedule with multiple activities to receive concerts and sport competitions, as basketball in wheel chairs, handball and Corrida da Virada Social.
