Intelbras’ products reverse logistics
Our environmental concern is not a new fact. Because of this, our engagement for minimizing negative impacts and work in continuous improvement of our activities and processes.
This concern also extends to the products we manufacture. Because of this, we have a reverse logistics planning to receive products the customers not use anymore, so they are properly discarded, according stated by Solid Residues Domestic Policy (Law No. 12.305, August, 02nd, 2010).

Beyond these channels, it is also possible to contact our authorized technical assistance network or use the discard places available in a partner of ours in the reverse logistics process (www.greeneletron.org.br).
Obs.: only products of Intelbras brand are received. No products of other manufacturers.
